Indiana Set to Launch ‘Return and Complete’

In an effort to reengage some of the 737,000 adults with some college credit but no degree in Indiana, the state’s Commission for Higher Education has approved “Return and Complete,” a new statewide initiative to provide degree pathways and incentives for those who might be close to finishing a degree.

The project has set ambitious goals for identifying, contacting, and providing degree pathways to these former students. The project aims to have 300,000 of these individuals with some college but no degree finish by 2020.

The effort will begin with a survey of the population later this year before aiming to launch an outreach campaign to reengage the students in 2015.
